5th International Art Event-2026

This time we are organising the event in two part, *First one* is an Art Workshop, in which kids & adults (Staff & Teachers) can participate & learn

different techniques during the Workshop, this will be organised Offline/Online for Schools in Gurugram and Online for Schools/Institutes outside

Gurugram. (Worldwide)

During the Art Workshop (as required each age group) all art mediums will be covered & taught :

1. Basic Drawing & Colouring

2. Drawing & Shading (Pencil & Coloured Pencils)

3. Sketching Freehand & Still Life

4. Soft Pastel

5. Portrait (Pencil)

6. Water Colour (Floral)

7. Water Colour (Landscape)

8. Water Colour (Portrait)

9. Acrylic Painting

10. Oil Painting

11. Abstract Art

Minimum 20 students required for each workshop. There is no limit for maximum participants.

Each Art workshop duration can be 1-3 days (each day time duration 40-60 minutes) depending on artwork. It shall be continued on same days

same time until the artwork is completed

Days & Timings will be announced after receiving the registration. It is a long project and shall last whole year. Art Workshop will be organised

on any day any time that suits all participants & Teachers

Entry Fee Applicable :
Group A
Rs. 100 each artwork (Indian School Students upto 12th Class - Send Minimum 20 entries together, No limit for maximum entries)

Group B
Rs. 200 each artwork (Outside India/ other countries School Students upto 12th Class - Send Minimum 20 entries together,

No limit for maximum entries)

Group C
Rs. 250 each artwork (Group Entries, Art School/ Hobby Centers from India or other countries , All Age Students up to 12th Standard can submit)
(Send Minimum 2 entries together, No limit for maximum entries)

Group D
(Individual Entry from India) 
Rs. 500 First Entry, Every Additional Entry Rs. 100 extra from same participant (All Age students including Adults can participate)

Group E
(Individual Entry from other countries (out of India)
Rs. 2500 First Entry, Every Additional Entry Rs. 500 extra from same participant (All Age students including Adults)

or By Net Banking (You can ask for details as required)

After successful participation every participant will get physical Certificate, Selected participants shall be awarded Medals. Art Teachers, Principal

can also get Certificates & Mementos as per their performance.

For Art Workshop Registration send list of students their Name & Class, Parents/Self Cell No & Email id*

For online Art Workshop we will send Zoom Link on above Cell No and Email Id

Note : Art Workshop participation is optional, You can take part only in Art Competition/Exhibition (2nd part)

Results & Exhibition of award winning entries (under gallery option) will be displayed on the website www.kshitij.org latest by 15th July, 2026.

Prizes will be awarded according to minimum 0-20% of total entries received as Memento, Medal & Certificate.

Courier/Postal Charges will be Applicable for NRI/Foreigner.* No postal Charges applicable for Indian Participants it will be Free.

Jury decision will be final in all respects, No Correspondence will be done.

Rules are arbitrary & subject to change, if required

Certificate & Prizes of Award Winners will be sent by Regd. Post latest by 15th March, 2027
